VirtualPBX grew rapidly throughout the U.S. in its formative years. Today, VirtualPBX offers its Dash Business Phone System to more than 40 countries, and it has earned recognition as a multiple "Product, Service, and Innovation of the Year" award winner.
"We are on a mission to offer the best voice solutions with the utmost attention to customer care," said Paul Hammond, the CEO of VirtualPBX. ”We have raised the bar for our performance as a communication service provider with solutions that address the needs of any business, regardless of their size."
VirtualPBX addresses the modern workforce with its flagship Dash Business Phone System. In any Dash Plan -- Basic, Pro, or Unlimited -- traditional and remote workers can take advantage of free features like Call Recording and Conferencing , Call Forwarding, Email-to-Fax, Follow Me Calling, and use of the Web Phone. Enterprises can also upgrade their accounts with powerful add-ons like ACD Queues and CRM Integration.
We have raised the bar for our performance as a communication service provider
VirtualPBX also offers a SIP Trunking service, which Hammond highlighted in a success story. He spoke about how VirtualPBX helps Teletracking, a healthcare patient-tracking software developer, link its clients’ (healthcare providers) on-site PBX phone systems to the Teletracking online platform while segregating data based on geographical regions. Teletracking now uses the VirtualPBX SIP Trunking service and global network of six servers to link hospitals in the U.K. and U.S. to hosted patient-tracking platform. Teletracking’s hundreds of existing and future enterprise clients can now benefit from improved patient management and rely on VirtualPBX servers for isolation of sensitive healthcare data.
VirtualPBX is currently focused on enhancing its Dash Plans with new features like customer API access and Call Recording storage in Amazon S3, Google Drive, and Dropbox. All customers now receive unlimited VoIP minutes between system users, at least two local or toll-free phone numbers, and at least 1,000 shared minutes for calling in the U.S. and Canada. Small businesses and entrepreneurs can enjoy included Voicemail and Customizable Greetings, Auto Attendant, and Teleconferencing. Enterprises can make the most of Ring Groups, Advanced Call Transferring, and Hot Desking. Dash Basic, Pro, and Unlimited will continue to meet the needs of all VirtualPBX customers by providing them with top features at an affordable price.
As Hammond concluded: "We intend to offer another 20 years of service and continue to operate as we always have--with an open office door and a dedicated team of employees ready to meet the ever-changing face of the communications market."
