How does the solution TheTradingPortal. com create value for clients?
We correlated business process workflow with B2B messaging to develop TheTradingPortal.com. It is a cloud-based tool that seamlessly connects trading partners around the globe to move information at the speed of business regardless of the data format. It can work in tandem with any existing systems. In addition, we can integrate the solution with the SBM engine to build customized business processes and workflows that incorporate external business partners. It keeps a business partner tightly integrated but loosely coupled while ensuring the security of proprietary information. The product essentially allows external partners to seamlessly play their role in client’s workflow without having access to internal systems. This enables the solution to perform mission-critical processes involving external partners in real time. Being a SaaS product, we offer TheTradingPortal.com as a monthly subscription. We also provide a separate component to API - enable legacy systems and facilitate collaboration and integration in a secure and traceable manner.
Can you share use case scenarios to substantiate your value proposition?
We have enterprise level, technology manufacturing companies who use the SBM platform as part of their high-tech manufacturing processes. These companies run their processes and handle quality issues with the workflow engine. In fact, some clients have literally hundreds of workflows that help streamline multiple areas of their business.
Healthcare providers use the tool for tracking changes to a patient’s plan of care, getting an invoice approved for payment, or keeping system records to avoid sneakernet approaches, and consequently improve efficiencies and eliminate the chance of errors and lost records.
