In the session, he met an owner of a security firm who was depressed as he was unable to manage his employees on the field actively. Some employees were not punctual while others were unable to submit work report on time. The meeting inspired the businessman, Simon Ferragne, who was an Android application developer in Silicon Valley to help the firm. His determination to aid the security company gave birth to TrackTik in 2013. Ferragne, now the CEO of TrackTik devoted his expertise to streamline the field operations for employees working in security firms.
