Telarix offers the flexibility to turn an organization’s network data into useful business intelligence
In one instance, a major global carrier firm, that had offices all over the world, inherited major complexities in their business from a structural, legal, or regulatory environment perspective. In order to complete their business models, they have nearly 800 partners world-wide which further resulted in the emergence of contract complexities. “There were multiple layers and dynamics within those hardships—internal to the legal entity structure or regulatory environment, and in the volumes of the types of services that this carrier is selling across the world,” affirms Kazerman. To counter these issues Telarix assisted them in managing their partners’ contracts and trading details, billing settlement, and network routing.
Under their CEO’s influence, Telarix operates on the principle of listening to the market demands and hosting a sales culture. “I am an entrepreneur by nature and always try to take the customers’ feedback which helps us execute better decisions in the future,” explains Kazerman. Forging forward, Kazerman visualizes the Over The Top-content (OTT) traffic and its effects on the global network as one of the biggest trends. “We’re enabling our customers to properly meet and monetize those networks that are related to the OTT traffic as it will be an important aspect for telecom companies in the future,” concludes Kazerman.
