Could you please cite a case study on how Sysnet Solutions have enabled clients to overcome hurdles and attain desired outcomes?
A Swiss multinational food and drink company was facing many operational predicaments as they were not able to get support options for their Riverbed solution. After much deliberation, they chose us to be their support partners and we solved their issues by delivering synchronized support options. In the initial process, we figured that the company was not using their software properly. Through our custom solutions, our team assisted and verified the different software features within the first week. Due to our exemplary delivery, we have received two new projects with them which has helped us in orchestrating our capabilities to other companies and generate more revenue.
