Could you provide our readers with insight into SitePro?
We are a digital oilfield and fluid management company that aims at responsibly managing the world’s natural resources and mission-critical infrastructure to ensure a safe and promising environment for future generations. Since our inception, it has been our goal to help the oil and gas industry digitize their everyday operations. So, we deliver intelligent remote control solutions that enable our clients to digitally manage their field operations and backoffice responsibilities.
Our solution consists of two major elements—a reliable remote monitoring tool that detects issues within clients’ ecosystem and a remote control tool that makes necessary decisions to prevent all possible accidents and damages. It’s like having an employee that works 24/7 and remembers everything.
What are some of the challenges associated with bringing in a paradigm shift in the industry?
When it comes to business operations at a multi-million dollar facility, industry leaders find it comfortable to rely on old-school methods of physically inspecting their site operations.

Could you elaborate on the solutions that SitePro delivers?
We deliver a robust all-in-one platform to our clients to help them manage their business operations. Built with the capability to leverage insightful data and efficiently take over site control and fluid management operations, our solution enables enterprises to eliminate the possibilities for spillage and explosion. We develop advanced automation hardware and custom software to provide enterprises with real-time access to their most complex fluid management operations and a live layout of their facility. To further extend our capability and streamline our services, we leverage Azure Cosmos DB. This multi-model database service allows us to scale and replicate data securely and make it available for our clients in any corner of the globe.
This IPC-based automation suite is supported by a 24/7 Remote Operating Center (ROC) center where customers can get proper support from a diverse group of energy professionals, analysts, engineers, and service providers. Further, our in-house team of experts integrates clients’ existing hardware and software packages with our automation suite. As a result, our clients do not need to entirely overhaul their existing IT infrastructure. Our solution also helps businesses to streamline their back-office operations through automated reporting and mass ticket reconciliation. We have a comprehensive ticket management system that helps clients reduce invoicing errors and improve cashflow. As a result, our clients can significantly reduce the burden of administrative workload. More importantly, our software is extremely easy to use. It does not require the intervention of seasoned electrical engineers or automation technicians.
Truly, such a fully integrated solution forged with a webbased command center and managed services has positioned us as a one-stop-shop for our clients’ facility management needs.
What does the future hold for SitePro?
SitePro has experienced rapid growth in the past few years. Today, the COVID-19 outbreak has amplified the need for remote monitoring solutions across different industry verticals. Several municipal governments and agricultural entities have expressed their interest in our solution. Therefore, we are working with experts and leaders in these areas to customize our solution according to their needs.
Our innovation labs are also continually trying to enhance our solutions’ capabilities to help clients with their varying needs pertaining to operational efficiency and safety. We are at the final stage of developing a new hardware solution that will allow our clients to modernize their existing infrastructure in a cost-effective way, without disrupting their business operations. Everyone in our organization believes that responsible management of facilities is the key to stay a notch above the rest, and in the coming years, we will help our clients do so.
