Redwood City, CA-based Simpplr provides a modern intranet platform that creates a single source of truth to strengthen company culture and facilitate a more cohesive company identity. “We’ve developed ways for companies to leverage the collective intelligence of their people to make organizations more productive with increased employee engagement,” says Dhiraj Sharma, Founder and CEO of Simpplr.
Simpplr connects employees across departments, locations, and time zones. From company news to project updates, Simpplr streamlines the information employees need to stay updated and get their work done. The platform simplifies company-wide collaboration and promotes participation at all levels. With a simple and intuitive design, Simpplr is easy to use and manageable across the web and mobile devices.
Simpplr wants to help make companies great places to work with more engaged and productive employees
Simpplr is taking a leadership position in the fast-evolving enterprise communication industry through an unrelenting focus on user experience that drives addictive user adoption and through robust interoperability that unifies many disparate productivity tools. Unlike the intranet technologies of previous generations, Simpplr requires very little ongoing IT support and can be administered by users without coding skills. The speed of Simpplr’s deployments is also a key strength.
Simpplr’s underlying techno-logy was built on the Salesforce platform. In addition to seamlessly integrating with base modules like Salesforce’s Chatter, the integration allows Simpplr to leverage Salesforce’s world-class security controls and scalable cloud infrastructure. Additionally, pre-built connectors on the Salesforce AppExchange provide out-of-the-box integration with many of the most popular enterprise cloud systems like Workday, Box, Slack, and Google Drive. Simpplr is constantly innovating and delivers three major releases every year.
Sharma credits Simpplr’s client-centric co-development with some of the world’s leading technology companies for its initial success. For example, Workday, the leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, partnered with Simpplr and was able to reduce distribution list emails by 50 percent. Similarly, Box, the enterprise content management platform, was able to reduce their employee support tickets by 20 percent. Ultimately, Simpplr wants to help make companies great places to work with more engaged and productive employees. According to Sharma, “If we can make the world ‘simpler’ for employees to succeed, then we’re doing our part.”
