This past year, we worked with consumer goods and retail companies with over fifty locations and helped them streamline their sales and marketing operations using the Salesforce CG Cloud. We have also helped a US-based insurance company to successfully execute a project on a global scale. Orion has also lent its services to the aid of companies within industries such as manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, FinTech, High Tech, and many more.
The pandemic has taught companies that they need to renovate their operations to be more agile, resilient, and open to innovation. What is the methodology that you follow when engaging with clients?

If a client does not use Salesforce, we educate them on the benefits of the platform and help them envision their operations reinforced with Salesforce technology. If they do use the platform, then we organize a search and rescue team to help them overhaul their roadmap such that they can maximize the benefits from their investments. Our team of technological trailblazers works to develop solutions that best fit the requisites of the client, and in turn, foster trust between the companies. Once we educate the clients and implement new and improved solutions, we maintain constant communication to ensure that the project is optimized as per the clients’ needs.
Could you share a customer success story where you’ve helped a client overcome the challenges they faced?
We worked with one of the largest food distribution companies in the country and helped them pick the right solution to match their customer care and sales requirements. After demonstrations and subsequent considerations, the client decided to replace their antiquated CRM solution with Salesforce. Orion was brought in as a trusted consultant to help the client navigate the implementation process and strategize a roadmap towards greater business transformation. The client organization’s CEO said that the operational changes in their company were comparable to upgrading to a smartphone from an old flip phone and changed their company forever.
