In your interactions with CIOs of leading companies, what sense do you get of the challenges they face now in the HR technology solution space, and how is OneSource Virtual effectively addressing these issues?

As an ardent user of Workday software ourselves, we understand that any time a client shifts to a new ERP platform it can be a daunting endeavor. In view of that, our team of experts invests a great amount of time in the deployment process. We begin with an analysis of the customer’s IT environment, understanding their objectives, and subsequently deliver solutions that are scalable and sustainable. In the case of payroll, OSV also gives customers the option to run their payroll processes either weekly or monthly depending on their needs. We also conduct historical analyses and holistic assessments to enhance operational efficiencies. The ultimate goal of our company is to transform human resources and finance from support organizations to business enablers and strategic partners.
Please elaborate on the solutions that OSV offers in the HR space and how you help organizations increase productivity.
Being early adopters and advocates of Workday, our teams have gained incredible functional knowledge and technical know-how related to how best to implement and use the software. Our role is to facilitate the seamless implementation of the Workday platform and enable organizations to gain clear-cut visibility of their employee data, time tracking, procurement, expense management, and financial accounting, including payroll system management.

Even today, there are many clients that are saddled with antiquated and siloed HR systems that manage processes, people, and their related tasks, and these legacy platforms often lead to manual errors. OSV’s BPaaS model overcomes this challenge by automating the entire human capital management process. Through OSV’s effective guidance, organizations can manage, incentivize, and retain employees. We are bringing to market the next generation of RPA via Robotic Process as a Service (RPaaS), which removes most obstacles (cost, time commitment, deployment support, ill-fitting solutions) that have prevented companies from faster adoption of RPA solutions until now. At its core, RPaaS is simply the offering of a service that uses machines to do repeatable business tasks. Robots perform a sequence of standardized tasks through configuration that mimics the process steps a person would do to perform the repetitive process steps.
OSV’s latest robotic process automation that handles repetitive business processes marks a digital transformation initiative for HR and financial operations.
