Workwave Launches Workwave Financial Services To Power The Field Service Industry

Fremont, CA: WorkWave, a leading provider of SaaS software solutions that support every stage of a service business's life cycle, lunched WorkWave Financial Services, a collection of financial offerings that will include credit cards, lending, tailored insurance, and more — all designed to help WorkWave customers grow their business and maximize their money.
"WorkWave Financial Services enables us to use our position as an industry leader, combined with the significant investment we have made to build out our payments and financial capabilities, to give back to our customers in ways that no other technology partners are capable of," said WorkWave CEO David F. Giannetto. "Our customers look to us as a trusted partner to support every aspect of their business with integrated solutions that work together to increase efficiency, not just in service, but also in how they grow and spend their money. Our financial services offerings will provide greater access to capital, more efficient loan and credit rates, and favorable insurance programmes, all of which are critical to their business's growth."
The Business Builder Visa credit card is the newest offering from WorkWave Financial Services. It was designed specifically to assist small businesses in building a strong credit rating in their company's name. This is a significant challenge for many small businesses, particularly if the owner has no or a low credit rating. Unlike any other traditional credit card, the Business Builder Visa is backed by a portion of daily settlement sales, giving business owners more control over overspending. In addition, by leveraging the capital they are already creating through daily sales, Business Builder cardholders will benefit by avoiding the high-interest rates, late fees, and personal financial exposure associated with high-fee credit cards and loans.
"Most card issuers are hesitant to underwrite risk for small businesses, but as their strategic partner, we believe in our customers' success and believe it is our responsibility to support and help them grow," Giannetto said. "The Business Builder Visa addresses a real, sustainable solution to their need to lay a strong foundation from which these companies can scale and build a company they can be proud of for future generations."
As part of the newly launched WorkWave Financial Services offering, the Business Builder Visa joins WorkWave's integrated payment processing solution. It will soon include lending, insurance, and payroll services.
WorkWave is one of the largest software companies underwriting risk on behalf of its customers, allowing it to rapidly expand its financial services offering and offer rates that small businesses rarely offer.
