WorkJam and VMware Reunite to Offer an Unparalleled Frontline Experience.

Thanks to interoperability, hourly employees will be able to access a uniform and more secure digital workplace over any devices in the contemporary workplace.
Fremont, CA: The healthcare business has seen a significant transformation in the recent decade, which has benefited the global growth of the medical workforce management systems market. New creative methods for managing the healthcare staff effectively and without risking compliance have got introduced to the market. All of the solutions required to operate and sustain a productive workforce in the healthcare business get included in healthcare workforce management systems.
WorkJam, the global digital workplace for enterprises with frontline and hourly employees, formed an alliance with VMware, a leader in enterprise software innovation. WorkJam communication, learning, task management, and open shift management technologies will get combined with the VMware Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform as part of the agreement. As industry leaders continue to adopt bring-your-own (BYO) and corporate-owned and personally-enabled (COPE) device programs, organizations will be able to provide a more uniform and engaging digital employee experience, enhance productivity, and decrease expenses. The intended interoperability was revealed today, on the opening day of NRF 2022, the largest annual retail trade exhibition.
"Frontline workers need to access productivity tools via multiple touchpoints throughout the day, which can cause serious risk for both security and productivity if not handled thoughtfully. That's why WorkJam and VMware are coming together," said Rich Halbert, Chief Strategy Officer at WorkJam. "As businesses continue to navigate change in a time of technological advancement, it's becoming increasingly important for businesses to prioritize clarity, accessibility, and security."
Workspace ONE is an intelligently driven platform that enables IT to provide any app on any device simply and securely, with integrated access control, administration, automation and analytics, and remote support. Workspace ONE users will selectively limit access to critical business material on devices—such as inventory management and purchase online, pick-up in-store (BOPIS) apps—when employees aren't on the schedule using WorkJam time and attendance data. Workers will be allowed to use their BYO or COPE device when off the clock to access non-work functions and personal data, along with non-sensitive business material, such as HR apps, including shift scheduling tools.
