AI can significantly aid marketers in engaging customers, thereby adding to the cause of conversational marketing.

FREMONT, CA: The field of marketing has undergone drastic changes in the past few years. Nowadays, marketers need not market the products in traditional ways. As customers today wish to be engaged, now is the time for marketers to adopt new methods of marketing like conversational marketing. Artificial intelligence (AI) has a significant role in improving conversational marketing efforts. AI can be used by the marketers to predict what is most likely to trigger customer response. Here is more to it.

Answer Common Customer Queries

Most marketers are trying to use chatbots for conversational marketing. Combined with AI, chatbots can save marketers' time, enhance marketing capabilities, and give new lead generation channels. Chatbots can answer frequently asked questions of the customers in real-time. When a customer posts a question on a firm's website, pre-programmed AI software can search and deliver an instant response.

Engage with Customers Professionally

Despite chatbots being used in terms of conversational marketing, website visitors may not particularly fancy the idea of messaging a bot. On the other hand, AI sales assistants can engage with the customers professionally, promptly, and persistently. The email address of an AI assistant might seem like a coworker and even have a human name. Such platforms can certainly amplify existing capabilities and create new opportunities.

Provide Personalized Customer Experience

AI can make firms look more personal and human via AI messengers and chatbots. The AI-based messengers and assistants can engage in automated conversations and make personalized recommendations for customers. The messenger bots can also educate the customers with the information they need, thereby boosting the prospects of conversational marketing.

If a brand works in conversational marketing or wants to utilize better messaging in its marketing efforts, AI can come to help.
