Eric Sydell, Ph.D., an industrial/organizational psychologist, founded Vero AI with Kim Macdonald, a technology sales veteran, Rachel King, Ph.D., a data scientist, and Mike Reeves, Ph.D., a product expert. Sydell, the CEO, was previously the EVP of Innovation at Modern Hire (acquired by Hirevue in 2023) and a founding scientist at Shaker International. He also wrote Decoding Talent: How AI and Big Data Can Help Your Company Solve Its People Puzzle.
Macdonald, Vero AI's chief scale officer, previously held senior positions at Modern Hire, Shaker International, Thomsons Online Benefits, and Swipejobs. King created Vero AI's analytical engine based on generative AI, while Reeves brings extensive experience in scaled software design and development.
