Valtix Momentum Picks Up with Exceptional Growth in Platform Consumption Multi-Cloud Security Capabilities and Industry Recognition

Valtix is on a mission to provide organizations with cloud-based security. Valtix, deployed in 5 minutes, was designed to combine robust multi-cloud security with cloud-first simplicity and on-demand scale. Valtix offers an innovative approach to cloud network security called Dynamic Multi-Cloud Policy (TM), which links continuous visibility with advanced security controls and is powered by a cloud-native architecture
Fremont, CA: Valtix, the industry's first multi-cloud network security platform as a service, has completed its first full fiscal year of platform availability, with customer growth increasing by 60% quarter on quarter and exceeding one million hours consumed in production in less than twelve months. In addition, Valtix delivered significant platform updates, a self-service Free Tier, and support for all four major cloud service providers – Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure – over the last year (OCI). These achievements demonstrate the company's dedication to becoming the leader in multi-cloud workload security.
According to a recent Valtix survey, 95 percent of IT leaders in the United States plan to make multi-cloud a strategic priority in 2022, with security as a top priority (96 percent ). However, only 54% are highly confident that they have the necessary tools or skills to execute. Valtix was designed from the ground up to address multi-cloud security via the network, and it can be activated in less than 5 minutes. This enables security teams to move business needs at the operational speed of the cloud in a timely, accurate, and secure manner.
"Valtix began three years ago with a bold mission: to protect every workload across every cloud," said Douglas Murray, CEO of Valtix. "The platform went live in the fall of 2020, and I am thrilled to see such widespread adoption across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud. We are in a unique position to become the market leader in workload security, and I am incredibly grateful to our customers and partners who put their critical assets in our hands."
"Enterprises running workloads in public clouds face a slew of security challenges," according to Vishal Jain, CTO at Valtix. "One of the primary challenges is a lack of visibility and control over the connectivity of the workloads that run there. In particular, connectivity between workloads in the public cloud is relatively open. You have little control over those communications with cloud service providers. When you consider open paths to the public internet, the risk of a breach as a result of this control gap is significant."
