FREMONT, CA: "Impact Analysis provides our customers with new capabilities to reduce churn rates, make for happier customers, and to enhance revenue streams," states Christian Wiklund, Founder and CEO at unitQ. Today, unitQ, the premier platform enabling businesses to take a user-centric, data-driven approach to improve product quality, has come up with a new tool: Impact Analysis. Impact Analysis is a first-of-its-kind machine learning-based tool that enables firms to identify important product quality issues and assess their impact.
"Our customers improve their product quality by over 20 percent after using unitQ for just a month, and with every new tool we build, including Impact Analysis, we should continue to see that number rise," adds Wiklund.

Impact Analysis exposes pertinent user feedback that a proprietary artificial intelligence system has analyzed to discover issues that detract from the customer experience. Before taking action, teams can use Impact Analysis to determine the effects of resolving a problem on KPIs such as one-star reviews, support tickets, and brand attitude.
The Impact Analysis tool works across several departments, including support, product, engineering, and marketing.
Using Apple App Store and Google Play Store reviews, a unitQ Score enables businesses to compare their product quality to that of competitors in their industry. An Internal unitQ Score, on the other hand, contains the same user feedback in addition to additional user feedback from social media such as Twitter and Reddit, internal support apps, and various other sources. In addition, Impact Analysis computes how much a company's unitQ and Internal unitQ scores may be improved by addressing customer-reported issues.
