Uberall Improves Customer's Experience With Platform Enhancements

New hybrid CX innovations enable firms to control their locations' information and reputation, making marketing activities more effective in the face of increased economic unpredictability.
FREMONT, CA: Every business needs a remarkable customer experience to grow sustainably. The customer experience promotes loyalty, helps retain customers, and encourages brand advocacy. In today's world, customers hold power, not sellers. Uberall, one of the global providers of hybrid customer experience (CX) solutions, has come up with a series of innovations designed to help multi-location businesses. It will help better understand the performance of each location, rank higher in local searches through enriched content, improve review response rates, and empower local managers and franchisees to promote their stores' online presence.
“Many businesses are facing economic headwinds at the moment, making it even more important for marketing teams to work smarter and continue to drive growth without increasing headcount,” says Florian Hübner, Uberall CEO and founder. “We're focused on creating tools that help them do just that - whether that's supporting businesses to be more visible in each of their operating areas through enriching local profiles at scale, responding to each customer's feedback with less effort, or being able to more precisely target marketing strategies.”
The following are the company's new developments and enhancements:
Local SEO Report
The Local SEO Report helps businesses to track where their locations rank in local searches for their most critical keywords, such as "coffee" or "breakfast" for a café chain. Teams can view their keyword set's average ranking across all locations and dig into specific locations and keywords for further in-depth insights. In addition, the Local SEO Report reveals the influence of ranking on downstream metrics, such as clicks. With this tool, SEO Managers and marketing professionals may gain a deeper insight into their local presence and fine-tune their local SEO strategy precisely.
Sentiment Analysis
Sentiment Analysis is a new AI-powered review analysis technology that enables businesses to hear what consumers say about their locations in a scalable manner, making adjustments to increase customer satisfaction.
The system uses a powerful Natural Language Processing model to scan review text for sentiment toward industry-relevant issues (such as service, drinks, and value) and then organizes critical information on a configurable yet simple dashboard. With this information, organizations can determine what works and is not within a subset or a single location. With this study, organizations may develop plans based on customers' likings and dislikes to increase client loyalty.
Mobile App
Uberall’s Mobile App enables local managers and franchisees to sell their stores and interact with their audience while central marketers maintain brand control. Local managers may quickly and easily examine and edit their business hours, respond to reviews on their own or with the help of templates, answer inquiries, and post to social media. This allows brands to gain larger sizes, while local managers may promote their enterprises and generate cash more efficiently.
Reply Facilitator
This quarter, Uberall's Reviews functionality is enhanced with the addition of Reply Assistant, a set of sophisticated tools that enable businesses to increase their response rates across all locations and platforms drastically. The Response Library contains a library of brand-approved response templates that may be reused for responding to customer feedback. Automated Responses are another crucial aspect. This function increases a location's response rate overnight by automatically uploading pre-approved responses, as a substantial percentage of reviews merely include a rating and no comment.
Content Collections
Uberall’s Content Collections offers a simpler approach for companies to enrich their Listings and Local Pages with products, services, menu items, and more so that their locations are more likely to rank higher and attract people searching for what they provide. Information about a business offering is now handled using a simple interface, and updates can be deployed to many locations simultaneously, creating efficiency, uniformity, and precision throughout the brand.
