FREMONT, CA: Splashtop, the worldwide leader in remote access solutions, and TiFlux, an IT solutions company for IT services providers, declared a partnership to integrate Splashtop remote access software within TiFlux's portfolio of IT solutions for Latin American markets.
TiFlux looked for a strategic partner like Splashtop in order to offer a real-time remote access streaming protocol for its IT management system. TiFlux did a global survey, testing over 20 partners and Splashtop emerged as the winner. Splashtop provides high-quality remote access and remote support software, tablets, connecting smartphones, and computers, at very reasonable prices.

The partnership allows TiFlux to incorporate Splashtop within TiFlux Service Desk and provide IT support technicians with instant remote access to their managed computers. Consequently, technicians can remotely control computers right from within their TiFlux platform, troubleshoot issues, and keep managed computers running in top condition.
"From January to August, we had a 72 percent growth in revenues," stated Marcio Jacson CEO of TiFlux. "Partnering with Splashtop will takes us one step closer to our goal of being the resource of choice for remotely managing IT in the broader Latin American Markets."
