The American Nurses Credentialing Center Recently Designated Axxess as a Magnet Collaborator for Patient Experience (ANCC)

Data from surveys can assist organizations in attracting and retaining nurses.
Fremont, CA: Axxess is the world's largest home healthcare technology pioneer, with more than 3 million patients across the globe benefiting from its solutions. Axxess, which over 9,000 organizations trust, provides a comprehensive portfolio of convenient software solutions to help home health, home care, and hospice providers develop their businesses while improving people's lives.
The American Nurses Credentialing Center has appointed Axxess a Magnet Recognition Program partner for patient satisfaction surveys (ANCC).
Axxess worked with the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program to create a patient satisfaction questionnaire survey that covered the nine nurse satisfaction criteria.
Axxess aids companies in conforming to the 2019 Magnet Application Manual guidelines to improve patient participation and outcomes. The Magnet Recognition Program got established in 1990 due to a study that identified work cultures that attract and retain highly qualified nurses, leading to improved patient care and outcomes. The approach has gone beyond hospitals to all healthcare practice settings worldwide, providing a road map for improving nursing quality, staff contributions, and overall satisfaction, resulting in decreased turnover and improved patient care results.
Axxess recognizes the significance of attracting and maintaining nurses in today's competitive labor market. Treatment at home businesses may now use Axxess CARE, an innovative scheduling and staffing solution, to connect to a network of skilled professionals who can offer patients timely care. Furthermore, firms may train and develop their employees via the Axxess Certification Program by utilizing courses such as care at home industry instruction and Axxess solution training.
"As the only software company with ANCC accreditation, this was the natural next step in our mission to ensure global healthcare organizations and professionals are empowered to deliver exceptional care through the world's best technology solutions," said Dr. Andrew Awoniyi, Axxess' director of patient engagement and clinical education. "The insights provided by these surveys will help organizations as they attain and retain their Magnet status and yield crucial data to help attract and retain nurses."
