TEAM's innovative SmartStop technology raises safety and productivity standards for hot tapping and line intervention applications to new heights. The innovative technique incorporates a self-energizing, dual seal system within a single conventional line stop fitting, minimizing the number of pipe modifications required to securely execute a double block and bleed isolation. Furthermore, the patent-pending system makes use of a novel guide rail with fewer moving parts and degrees of freedom, resulting in more dependable isolation head insertion and retraction. These advancements minimize the need for sophisticated hydraulics or pivot points, which are common failure mechanisms in rival equipment. SmartStop outperforms competitive line stop solutions in terms of safety, dependability, and critical asset protection.
