Tastemade introduces Makers and Experiences, Connecting Makers and Fans via Subscriptions and an Event-Based Marketplace
Tastemade Makers enables influencers, experts, and creators to generate new revenue, engage fans, grow new audiences, and leverage Tastemade's massive media network.
Fremont, CA: Technological advancements have offered significant innovation potential for the whole food and beverage sector, allowing for greater flexibility in changing every part of a product's lifespan from conception to consumption. While inventors embrace new manufacturing processes, consumers turn to apps and artificial intelligence (AI) for tailored nutrition advice and a better knowledge of how to adequately meet their demands.
Makers are people in the lifestyle industry that have a special talent or enthusiasm for their trade that they want to share with their online audience — they include chefs, mixologists, craftsmen, photographers, designers, and others. Tastemade released two new products: Tastemade Makers and Tastemade Experiences, which allow Makers to make additional money, interact with their followers, and discover new audiences by using Tastemade's worldwide audience more than 300 million active monthly viewers all over major digital, mobile, and streaming television platforms. Both products expand on Tastemade's existing Maker community; Tastemade has engaged with Makers on original programming, social media content, brand collaborations, and more throughout the years, investing more than 35 million dollars to help Makers develop, evolve, and prosper.
Tastemade Experience is an event-based marketplace where Makers may sell ticketed in-person and virtual experiences directly to customers. Experiences give Makers the tools they need to develop, market, sell, and run their events, such as a live stream system, global payment choices, a guest management function, post-event metrics and analytics, and more.
Tastemade Makers enables Makers to convert their followings into loyal, engaged and paid fanbases by creating a subscription package of their choice in which they can sell various benefits to their fans such as exclusive content, secret recipes, tips & tricks, recommendations & reviews, direct messaging access, and more.
Tastemade and it's product engineering studio and development partner, Xmartlabs, collaborated on Makers and Experiences. Throughout 2021, they collaborated to develop, prototype, and beta-test the Maker Platform.
