Silicon Valley as it is known in the business world is the epicenter of IT organization and its whirlwind innovation. So undoubtedly, some of the most popular and widely attended conferences that San Francisco, Bay Area, witnesses are the ones with a focus on technology. And this time around, the countdown for the much-anticipated and spectacular technology focused HR Event has already begun. Professionals across the nation are enthusiastically waiting for HR Tech World, one of the fastest growing international shows on the Future of Work. Going to be held on 14th and 15th of June 2017at the Fort Mason Center for Arts and Culture on June in San Francisco, the event serves as a global platform for visionaries, CEOs, and HR leaders to share their experiences posed by rapid technological advancements and their ideas to cope with the transformation. It is also an opportunity for the Start-ups to showcase their ‘next-big-thing’ and attract potential investors. Marc Coleman, Founder and CEO of HR Tech World announces, “The keynotes of the event will highlight the areas where major disruptions are happening right now; Automation, artificial intelligence, and mobile applications are fueling rapid transformation in the technology landscape.” Social Media, Cloud technologies, leadership, and performance management will be other key focus areas of the upcoming event.
To warm up, the show will kick start with a pre-event program on 13th of June with two unique sessions: ‘Consumerization of HR’ and ‘UNLEASH,' both scheduled simultaneously. ‘Consumerization of HR’ will be a collaborative and contextual program, wherein the attendees will receive tools to ameliorate their Digital marketing strategies and get insights on improving their workforce experience. UNLEASH, as it sounds, will unveil some of the little-known facts about recruitment and talent management. The program will have two sessions ‘The Recruitment Hub’ and ‘The Start-hub,' where close to 200 Talent and Recruitment leaders, investors, and startups are expected to participate. The event is about to see some of the renowned speakers present current trends in the recruitment technology and talent acquisition space. While ‘The Recruitment Hub’ seeks to provide insights into new growth areas, ‘The Start-hub’ is going to be a unique opportunity for the start-ups to showcase their products and technology. The session will see start-ups demonstrating their products, engaged in panel discussions, and joining hands with investors, incubators, advisors, and industry leaders.
For next two days, notable thinkers in the tech industry will speak on trending topics such as Automation of jobs, Advancement in Workforce Analytics, People Analytics, Promising HR technologies, and Future of HR. Renowned public speaker, visionary, author and businessman, Gary Vaynerchuk, CEO, VaynerMedia & VaynerRSE, will share his experiences and perspective on dealing with young entrepreneurs. A brainstorming session from Robert Scoble, an expert in Virtual and Augmented Reality, will be one-off the spotlights of the event. Guest speakers from CISCO, Netflix, Adidas, Pinterest, Ebay, Carnegie Mellon University, and others will further expound on the direction the HR industry is heading.
In its six years of existence, HR Tech World has experienced phenomenal growth in terms of the number of attendees, which, it expects, to touch 10,000+ this session, coming from 120 countries. The show also has its next stops in Amsterdam in October 2017 and London in March 2018. HR Tech World places utmost emphasis on the quality of the content presented during the events. Throughout the year, the company works arduously with the guest speakers to come up with topics that matter the most in the industry. Given its success so far, there has never been a dearth of sponsors for the events. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Adobe, IBM, and other big names in the industry, for instance, are sponsoring the upcoming San Francisco HR Tech World event.
