RollWorks, a NextRoll company, has enhanced its reporting capabilities for HubSpot users. The new features provide B2B marketers with greater insight into the patterns in their clients' behaviors and activities. They also have greater freedom in incorporating these insights into their workflows, allowing them to automate their operations better and act more intuitively with their account-based plans.
Customers can now view their RollWorks advertising campaign engagement metrics and other important account-level data in HubSpot, such as RollWorks Impressions, Advertising spending, Page Views, Clicks, and Conversions, as a sum of all actions from a company for almost 7, 30, 60, and 90 days. HubSpot Workflows contains data that may help automate procedures.
A marketer, for example, can create criteria based on account KPIs to evaluate if an account is sales-ready. Then, when the requirements are satisfied, a user may utilize HubSpot workflows to generate tasks for sales teams to contact the potential account and assign them to the account owner.
The upgrades are the latest in a slew of integrated innovations from the two leaders this year. RollWorks announced Journey Events for HubSpot in July to help B2B firms discover which activities are driving accounts through the stages of the purchasing journey and which actions need to be enhanced further. RollWorks also released RollWorks Sales Insights for HubSpot in June, which employs data science to deliver a 360-degree picture of accounts throughout the purchasing experience.
