Previously, the two organizations collaborated as strategic partners, seeing the need to construct more comprehensive profiles of their clients' members, patients, and workers.
Prealize offers powerful machine learning insights at the individual level, informing on population risk and cost trends. Prealize clients can activate the correct treatments at the right time thanks to specific insights regarding the clinical and utilization drivers of that risk, the possibility of improving outcomes through clinical interventions, and the likelihood to participate.
Prealize now possesses the industry's greatest robust library of insights and data at the individual level and can offer a holistic view of an individual's medical, ethnographic, socioeconomic, social determinant, behavioral and attitudinal risks, as well as their engagement profile, as a result of this SDoH IP acquisition. To combine data solutions for healthcare payers and providers, Prealize presently collaborates with numerous significant clients, including Nuna, a healthcare technology business, and Optima Health (Sentara Health Plans), which has over 950,000 members.
