"Pipefy and ABBYY combine low-code process automation with efficient document processing," said WanessaSiewert, Pipefy's Program and Alliances Manager. According to Gustavo de Martini, Pipefy's Vice President of Partners, "The joint solution is critical to accelerate digital transformation in departments where a paperwork-prone culture would place obstacles to process excellence and efficiency."
ABBYY's optical character recognition (OCR) technology is integrated into Pipefy's process automation solution. ABBYY's artificial intelligence can extract data from cloud-based digital documents and integrate cloud-based digital documents in a way that empowers non-technical users to create more efficient workflows. Companies can achieve dramatic productivity gains by deploying an IDP platform like ABBYY in conjunction with Pipefy's process automation platform. Using a solution that reads, analyzes, and processes process-related documents like humans, the partnership offers increased speed and accuracy by turning documents into data.
Onboarding resources are used by 58 percent of organizations for paper-intensive tasks, according to a Gallup survey. The joint solution improves processes with extensive document-driven manual work. Both HR onboarding documents are captured and analyzed using pre-trained ABBYY document skills. By automating all new hire communications and manual tasks, Pipefy improves cross-team collaboration and data centralization, reducing new employee hiring time by 80 percent. Automating document intake workflows and streamlining regulatory compliance enables finance teams to accelerate loan lifecycles while reducing complexity, enabling faster funding, and improving business service quality levels which prevent fraud and fines. With the integration of ABBYY and Pipefy, underwriting, quoting, customer onboarding, and endorsements can occur faster and more accurately. Besides increasing renewals and new business, it can also speed up the process of reviewing repair estimates, filing settlement invoices, and reviewing First Notice of Loss.
