Overhaul Appoints Mike McSpedon as SVP of Sales and Tarik Sarhan as VP of Business Development

Fremont, CA: Overhaul, the industry's first and only software-based, integrity, supply-chain visibility, and security solution for leading enterprises shipping freight globally, is continuing its momentous year, has appointed Mike McSpedon as Senior Vice President of Sales and Tarik Sarhan has been recruited as Vice President of Business Development.
These new additions to the company and leadership team come as Overhaul continues to invest in its business following its recent $35 million Series B funding. Overhaul hired 138 new team members in 2021 alone, a 150 percent increase over the previous year. The company's customer base grew by 211 percent, with a 97 percent retention rate.
"As we continue to move towards digitizing the supply chain, the addition of these key hires will prove critical in helping the future success of our clients," stated Barry Conlon, CEO and founder of Overhaul. "Supply chains have been front and center this year and it's imperative that we continue to strengthen our team with proven industry leaders. Through Mike's deep roots in supply chain sales and Tarik's broad experience in logistics, manufacturing and IoT, I look forward to our expanded leadership team's expertise in continuing our momentum and developing innovative solutions for the ever evolving supply chain industry."
Prior to joining Overhaul, McSpedon worked in senior-level sales positions at ThirdPartyTrust and project44, where he was SVP of Sales and RVP of Sales, respectively. McSpedon's extensive sales experience in the supply chain sector will be beneficial to Overhaul, as he will be a key player in the company's revenue generation by overseeing the sales organization's engagement and assisting in the development of a strong, qualified pipeline for future growth. McSpedon's new responsibilities include assisting in the expansion of Overhaul's global sales efforts, particularly in the European and Mexican markets, as well as identifying and aligning on sales objectives.
Sarhan joins the Overhaul team with more than 20 years of experience in supply chain visibility, fleet management, IoT and telematics technology, as well as leading global sales, business development, and strategic alliances with key global players in manufacturing, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals. Sarhan previously worked in the 3PL space, designing and implementing supply chain visibility solutions for strategic Fortune 1000 accounts. Sarhan's new responsibilities include leading Overhaul's business development efforts and assisting the company's ongoing global expansion.
