FREMONT, CA: Optimize Health, a pioneer in the rapidly growing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) industry, has declared that Neha Ajmera has joined the company as their first Senior Vice President of Operations. The former Lyft General Manager joins Optimize Health to create and implement new technology-enabled service packages focused on increasing RPM uptake and engagement within the company's rapidly expanding patient and provider base.
Ajmera led the implementation of a number of new projects for the ride-sharing pioneer Lyft throughout the course of her 4+ year career, most recently as their Head of Fleet Service Operations. Prior to that, she worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey in the SaaS and telecommunications industries, focusing on corporate and product strategy, sales enablement, and pricing. She also contributed to McKinsey's annual Women in the Workplace report and is a strong champion for gender equality in the workplace
