FREMONT, CA: The real-time data exchange platform for creating more seamless travel, Journera has unveiled JourneyVision, a new solution designed specifically for the global hotel industry. The latest offering is a SaaS solution that harnesses the power of the Journera platform to customize guest experiences. It gives hotels a real-time picture of the guest's full travel journey, beyond just the aspects of staying in a hotel. The Journera platform algorithmically maps hotel reservations to any ground, air, or other reservations that are available to Journera, no matter where they were booked. With JourneyVision, hotels can harness the power of Journera through an easily-accessible user interface, thereby understanding and smoothen the course of the arriving and departing guest without any pressure on the traveler. The additive insight into the traveler's journey enables for an elevated experience, from early room readiness, check-in, and upgrade possibilities, to late checkout or status matching abilities when agreed by the mutual brands. By harnessing Journera's integrations with hotel property management systems, a hotel can instantly resume and run using JourneyVision to enhance guest experiences. JourneyVision has been developed to enable the entire industry, from boutique hotels to multinational brands, to use the solution. JourneyVision is opening all of the probabilities of seamless travel experience for hotels to consider the totality of the journey when they communicate with each customer.
