OpenBots is partnering with NITCO Inc. for the first time. The NITCO Team specializes in AI, ML, NLP, Conversational AI, Chatbots, Intelligent Automation, and RPA.
FREMONT, CA: "We always want to provide great value and service to anyone working with NITCO, which is why this partnership with OpenBots is so important to us. This automation solution is for any logistics or shipping organization needing to comply with government reporting regulations for international shipments. This reduces the workload for shipping clerks, is more accurate, and reduces compliance penalties for the company," says Chandra Yatagiri, CEO of NITCO. Comprehensive Intelligent Automation Platform OpenBots has formally announced three new agreements that are anticipated to improve the ordering, purchasing, and execution of jobs by its customers.
NITCO, famous for its Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Conversational AI, Chatbots, Intelligent Automation, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), is the first company OpenBots has verified working with RPA. The business already provides services to clients in numerous industries. Nonetheless, it will collaborate with OpenBots on a complete automation solution enabling Shipping Clerks to expeditiously send products such as urgent PPE.

Together, the companies intend to alter the game for Shipping Clerks by assisting them in completing U.S. Customs forms, transporting PPE products to the U.S. when necessary due to Covid, reducing U.S. Customs fines, and ensuring hospitals receive the PPE quickly and successfully.
Additionally, OpenBots has teamed with Tangent Solutions to enable utility service companies to charge customers quickly. Following a monthly schedule maintained by Tangent Solutions, a robot will access the websites of utility service providers when a payment is due, then use an OCR tool to extract the amounts from each invoice. The robot will subsequently log on to an SAP system to input the pertinent data and accept payment, ensuring a streamlined process.
"A digital workforce for me is about having an intelligent digital assistant to assist humans in removing the mundane, tedious tasks that hinder them from completing more strategic work that will add value back to business," says Adrienne Kelly, CEO of Tangent Solutions.
OpenBots will also deploy a new digital workforce with Mozaiq to automate the processing of loan applications for consumers and mortgage lenders. The fully automated process consists of a post-closing audit, a loan distribution procedure, a loan audit for corrections, and the verification that the data in the system of record corresponds to each loan document.
"With more loans being consistently processed, human errors being reduced, loan throughput being increasingly higher, costs going down, automation like this sets up lenders to better absorb future increases in loan volumes," says Francesco Paola, Chief Growth Officer at Mozaiq.
"Ensuring business owners, companies, and clients can get on with everyday tasks effectively, without fail, is imperative to our mission," says OpenBots CEO Ashish Nangla.
