Med-Metrix Acquires Armco Partners, Enhancing The Company's End-To-End Revenue Cycle Management Software And Service Capabilities

Fremont, CA: Med-Metrix, a leading provider of technology-enabled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions and a subsidiary of A&M Capital Partners ("AMCP"), has acquired ARMCO Partners. ARMCO is a prominent provider of high-quality coding and forensic medical billing services to many healthcare providers. With the acquisition of ARMCO, Med-end-to-end Metrix has expanded its portfolio of RCM software and service capabilities. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
ARMCO will continue to serve more than 100 health systems at more than 500 locations, including hospitals, emergency rooms, physician practices, ambulatory care centers, clinics, and outpatient surgical centers. The Med-Metrix acquisition also synergy ARMCO's growth while preserving ARMCO's high-quality standards. ARMCO is a company established in Atlanta, Georgia, with operations in Manila, Philippines. It was founded in 2013.
