Matt Brocks appointed by an accomplished healthcare leader to enhance business strategy and organizational transformation
Fremont, CA: aptihealth, the leading innovator in tech-enabled integrated behavioral healthcare, appointed Matt Brocks as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Brocks will join the executive team to spearhead the organizational transformation and drive the holistic business strategy.
Brocks moves to aptihealth after fulfilling ten years at Deloitte Consulting, where he carried out global merger and acquisition and large-scale business transformations, with a specific focus on healthcare. Most recently, Brocks also served in a bi-annually rotation leading strategic planning and unique portfolios for Deloitte's Chair of the US Board of Directors.

In this position, Brocks will work as a thought partner to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors. The main aspects of the job include him leading the projects from the development phase through successful execution to recognize, monitor, and coordinate strategic business initiatives that encourage the business growth and operational efficiencies and enhanced customer experience.

In addition to his term at Deloitte Consulting, Brocks has worked in a plethora of business development and organizational control roles, including at GE Healthcare, Trade Risk Group, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He has earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a BS in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Syracuse University Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
