LVMH will also employ Google Cloud to upgrade components of its IT infrastructure as part of the agreement, encouraging the agility, security, cost-efficiency, and scalability required to achieve its business goals.
FREMONT, CA: LVMH and Google Cloud launched strategic cooperation to accelerate innovation and develop innovative cloud-based AI technologies. Both organizations will work together to help LVMH's Maisons—the firm's distinct luxury brands—create unique, individualized consumer experiences that will help the firm thrive in the long run. Both organizations' creativity, assets, technological capabilities, passion for innovation, and prominent positions in their respective areas combined in this cooperation.
The partnership between LVMH and Google Cloud will support Maisons' human talent by providing new AI and machine learning (ML) technologies that will improve business operations by improving demand forecasting and inventory optimization and enhancing customer experiences through personalization. All while adhering to LVMH's strictest privacy and security requirements.

LVMH will use world-class AI/ML tools and Google Cloud's cutting-edge cloud technology to offer the development of new business use cases at scale, mentioning the highest standards of Maisons' customers. AI will touch every part of the value chain at LVMH, from product development to supply chain to interfaces with employees, partners, and customers.
Google Cloud will also assist LVMH in boosting its innovation culture, including introducing specialized, inclusive upskilling and certification programs for Maisons' staff. In addition, to accelerate their expertise and creativity in these domains, the firms will investigate co-innovation prospects and build a Data and AI Academy in Paris.
