FREMONT, CA: Lightspeed POS, a leading provider of cloud-based, omnichannel commerce platforms, has declared that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ShopKeep, a New York City-based provider of cloud commerce platform. This acquisition bolsters Lightspeed's status as a clear category leader for complex retailers and restaurateurs looking to modernize their operations as the global economy undergoes unprecedented digital acceleration.
