Fremont, CA: To remain competitive, businesses in every sector pursue digital transformation efforts, which often include navigating the complexities of hybrid and multi-cloud systems. Application programming interfaces (APIs) and the API economy will be crucial in integrating services, apps, and clouds as resources get strained, and profit margins are growing narrower.
Levitate and HawkSoft launched their two-way API connection for users of both platforms, marking the second key milestone in their collaboration. This much-awaited enhancement to the previous read-only interface allows Levitate to write back emails, SMS, and notes to HawkSoft, resulting in a more complete and simplified user experience.

"Levitate is one of HawkSoft's most popular API Partners," reports Paul Hawkins, CEO of HawkSoft. "It is very clear why – Levitate is a force multiplier to an agent's ability to maintain strong, personal relationships with their clients. Two-way API integration will further simplify the process and free more time for our mutual agency partners to focus on protecting their clients."
"We're excited to take our integration with HawkSoft to the next level," says Jesse Lipson, CEO of Levitate. "Levitate and HawkSoft share hundreds of customers, and the ability to automatically write data back into HawkSoft's agency management system makes a great integration even more valuable to our joint customers."
This common attitude of genuine relationship marketing makes Levitate and HawkSoft's collaboration a perfect match - and their shared results speak for themselves. Since the preliminary integration in March 2020, nearly 300 small businesses using both platforms also saw outstanding results from the 2.2 million emails sent through Levitate, with an average email open rate of more than 62 percent - a 210 percent higher average rate than the 20 percent average available rate typically seen with mass-blast providers. More crucially, Levitate emails have initiated over 176,000 interactions between agents and their customers, opening the door to new policies, expanded coverage, and the opportunity to encourage satisfied consumers to become vocal champions for their company.
All HawkSoft and Levitate users may now use the time-saving two-way integration capability. Once activated, data will sync in real-time, ensuring client communication histories in HawkSoft are up to current and accurate. Consumers will have more accurate records by removing the need to enter information into both systems, making this alliance more powerful.
