CXG X-Series RF proves an asset to engineers designing IoT and other devices, as it provides advanced features at a low cost.
FREMONT, CA: The manufactures of electronics test, measurement equipment, and software, Keysight Technologies has unveiled a new high-performance CXG X-Series Radio Frequency (RF) Vector Signal Generator (CXG). The starting price of the generator is $16,995.
CXG X-Series Radio Frequency (RF) Vector Signal Generator provides advanced performance at a minimal expense and meets the test and measurement demands of designers of IoT and other devices. Key features of the product include Frequency range of 9 kHz – 3/6 GHz and up to 120 MHz RF modulation bandwidth that cover most of consumer wireless application testing requirements, self-maintenance solutions and low-cost repairs, troubleshooting of components within a wireless communication system, basic parametric testing of components and functional verification of receivers, and testing of devices with multiple standards-compliant vector signals.
Keysight Technologies’ breakthrough solutions and trusted insight accelerate the innovations in electronic design, manufacturing, and optimization. The featured industries are education, government, communications, enterprise, aerospace and defense, automotive and energy, enterprise, and semiconductor. RF and Microwave, internet of things (IoT), 5G, 4G LTE, energy ecosystem, and manufacturing test are some of its solutions.
The new CXG X-Series Radio Frequency allows engineers designing IoT and general-purpose devices to escalate the product development cycle, meet budget constraints without sacrificing the ability to test with quality signals, and gain confidence in design characterization with Keysight’s PathWave Signal Generation software.
Senior director of the Global Partner Organization at Keysight Technologies, Kari Fauber said the economy and performance that engineers need to perform a diverse set tests across evolving wireless standards are availed by Keysight’s CXG solution. He also mentioned it is offering an ideal complement to their vast network of the channel to sell in concurrence with the Keysight CXA signal analyzer.
To keep up with today’s expanding consumer electronics market, IoT and general-purpose R&D and design validation (DVT) engineers want an economic and versatile test and measurement system. The system could handle a diverse set of consumer electronic devices and deliver the performance required across different wireless standards. Keysight’s new product proves to be a helping hand to them.
