IR Launches Exclusive Cisco Prime Migration Deal

Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance (PCA) will be out of production in October 2021. IR has an exclusive migration option from Cisco Prime to IR Collaborate as part of Cisco SolutionsPlus.
FREMONT, CA: Due to the impending end-of-life of Cisco Prime, IR, the global performance management and analytics provider for critical communication and collaboration, payments ecosystems, IT infrastructure, has partnered with Cisco as the Preferred Solution Partner can provide an exclusive migration deal for Cisco Prime customers.
Cisco PCA provided clients with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco TelePresence with integrated monitoring and diagnostics. As a result, the technology-aided operators resolve service quality issues before they impact end-users and avoid system and service disruptions, resulting in an improved end-user experience.Cisco announced the end-of-sale and end-of-life of PCA earlier this year, with no successor product on the horizon.
Cisco and IR are committed to assisting Cisco clients with a smooth transition from PCA to IR Collaborate. They have collaborated to deliver this one-of-a-kind offer to Prime customers. Such a limited-time deal is only available through IR Collaborate and is available right now.
"We are delighted to be able to support Cisco customers with their migration from Prime to Collaborate through the Cisco SolutionsPlus program," said Kevin Ryder, Chief Product & Marketing Officer for IR. "We are well placed to provide these customers with the intelligent insights they need to ensure their entire Cisco environments are optimized for peak performance."
In a single tool, IR Collaborate supports Cisco Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions, as well as Webex Meetings. As a result, customers can build a seamless ear-to-ear experience for their users by having end-to-end visibility across networks, platforms, devices, and performance monitoring.
