IP.com Renews Contract with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

The United States Patent Office has renewed its multi-year contract with IP.com, a worldwide leader in IP intelligence (USPTO).
FREMONT, CA: IP.com, an industry leader in intellectual property intelligence and innovation solutions, has renewed its multi-year contract with the US Patent and Trademark Office to supply InnovationQ Plus™, its IP search and analytics platform (USPTO). By October, the entire distribution of the technology will be possible to all 8,500 examiners.
The Semantic Gist™ search engine in InnovationQ Plus delivers both concept-based common language semantic search and enhanced Boolean filtering. It's the only patent search tool that includes exclusive, fully discoverable IEEE material, such as full-text journals and conference papers, as well as non-patent publications, in addition to one of the world's largest patent databases.
"For nearly nine years, IP.com has supported the USPTO's vision of leading the nation and the world in intellectual property with InnovationQ Plus. We are delighted that the USPTO has decided to continue and expand the scope of solutions IP.com provides to Examiners and other employees throughout the United States as we strive to achieve our vision of improving the world through Innovation," said John Bonin, CEO of IP.com.
Over the summer, IP.com will conduct a series of onboarding sessions with examiners to guarantee that all InnovatonQ Plus seats with additional capabilities are operational by the fall.
Governments, universities, Fortune 1000 businesses, and individual engineers, scientists, and innovators worldwide use IP.com's intellectual property intelligence and innovation solutions to help them move Innovation forward faster.
