FREMONT, CA: Invoca, the leader in conversation intelligence for revenue teams, has declared that it has acquired DialogTech, an AI-powered call tracking and analytics solution for marketers, in a combined cash and stock deal. With this acquisition, Invoca strengthens its role as the industry leader in the $4.8 billion conversation intelligence market and moves closer to exceeding $100 million in sales. The company currently represents the top consumer brands in considered buying sectors, including ADT, AutoNation, DISH, TELUS, Mayo Clinic, and The Home Depot, and has over 2,000 customers and more than 300 staff.
This acquisition comes at a critical juncture in the conversation intelligence category. Brands can no longer rely on third-party cookie data to guide their marketing campaign campaigns as a result of recent policy changes from Apple and Google. At the same time, call volume is increasing as a result of changes in purchasing behavior caused by the pandemic. As a result, brands are increasingly relying on robust first-party data derived from interactions to better understand their customers and make important business decisions.
