US Online Retail Sector is Thriving
Because many Americans already shop online, the number of online shoppers in the United States isn't growing as rapidly as it is in the rest of the world. However, Americans are purchasing more online than ever before.

3PLs Enhance Customer Service
Because 3PLs are sometimes in charge of large parts of the shipping process, they will have an impact on one's customer relationship. 3PLs, on the other hand, have a positive impact.
3PLs improved their customer service, as per 83 percent of shippers. This could be because complex actions, such as reverse logistics, directly impact the customer but are difficult for businesses to handle in-house.
Same-Day Shipping is the New Trend
It doesn't seem that long ago that same-day shipping was just becoming a viable option. By the end of the year, an astounding 65 percent of retailers are expected to offer same-day shipping.
Shoppers are beginning to expect same-day shipping from retailers, putting strain on supply chains — yet another reason 3PLs are so popular with large corporations.
