Intelligent Automation, AI, and Operational Excellence Leader Joins Skan, a Process Intelligence Platform Leader

Vinay Kumar (Vinay) Mummigatti has been named Executive Vice President of Strategy and Customer Transformation at Skan, a company that gives unmatched insights into how businesses get things done. Vinay brings over 20 years of experience building enterprise business transformation and process automation centers of excellence for several major global financial services, healthcare, consulting, and information services organizations. He is a world-renowned specialist in process automation, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. Vinay received his MS in Data Science and Analytics from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte. He also holds an MBA degree in finance and systems and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and communication.
Vinay began his career with Tech Mahindra and Virtusa, where he oversaw multi-million dollar programs for automating difficult enterprise-wide automation efforts at Fortune 500 banking, healthcare, and insurance firms. He subsequently moved on to manage United Healthcare's Business Process Management Centers of Excellence (Coe), which transformed much of the claims and customer support operations. Bank of America then hired Vinay as the Enterprise Head of Automation and Process Management. He established and oversaw the CoE (centers of excellence) for the bank's whole cycle of automation initiatives, from conception to execution. He was most recently Chief Automation Officer of Lexis Nexis, a multibillion-dollar leader in legal, regulatory, and corporate information services. Vinay was responsible for the enterprise-level organization at Lexis Nexis that delivered digital transformation and automation throughout data, process intelligence, and content automation for 14 business units across numerous countries.
