I Hate Receipts Launches Merchant Alliance Network To Promote Contactless HD Receipts Adoption
Fremont, CA: I Hate Receipts (IHR) introduced Merchant Alliance Network, which allows merchants, brands, and technology partners to offer item-level transaction details in a contactless receipt. In addition, alliance partners can now communicate with and stay connected to clients beyond the cash register by using IHR's newly available SDK.
"Merchandisers and brands have battled to match the efficiency of online purchasing in the physical retail sector since the start of the pandemic, and even in the post-pandemic environment we live in," said Ryan Greene, Founder, and CEO of IHR. "We believe that by enabling contactless receipts for our Merchant Alliance Network, we will be able to improve the in-store and omni-channel experience while also giving every consumer with all of their transaction data in one simple app."
"The IHR Merchant Alliance Network is a critical component in establishing an environment where merchants and brands can optimize engagement with current and potential customers," stated Doug Buurman, VP of Business Development at 4thID, an IOT payments platform. "IHR is redefining brand targeting and promotions by providing insight into client buying behavior in a way that safeguards privacy."
Merchant SDK access is available to merchants, banks, and other financial providers who join the Merchant Alliance Network. Using this SDK, they will be able to provide customers with a personalized, branded receipt wallet to keep and track in-store and online purchases. The associated APIs enable an interactive high-resolution receipt directly from the merchant's platform to the consumer's mobile device, removing the need for paper or emailed receipts.
This new partnership program will help increase the adoption of the I Hate Receipt app and deepen the relationship between app users and their favorite merchants and brands.
