Hyland Introduces OnBase Integration for Salesforce

OnBase users can now utilize Hyland's industry-leading content services, granular security, and retention management capabilities along with the data stored in their Salesforce system.

Fremont, CA: Hyland, a leading content services provider and Salesforce ISV partner, has introduced its OnBase Integration for Salesforce on Salesforce AppExchange, offering access to important business data as well as documents alongside corresponding Salesforce records. Organizations utilizing the integration get a complete view of information for customers, vendors, and transactions within a familiar interface to make faster, more informed decisions.

OnBase users can now utilize Hyland's industry-leading content services, granular security, and retention management capabilities along with the data stored in their Salesforce system. Documents and content such as invoices, contracts, and bills are securely centralized in OnBase and accessible directly from corresponding objects in Salesforce, and can also be imported from Salesforce without navigating to a separate application. With smooth access to all documents aligned to a customer or vendor record, employees are able to improve response times and strengthen relationships.
