Organizations can now extract handwritten text in Dutch, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish using Microsoft's cloud OCR engine. The most recent version also supports 2D barcode recognition for a more effective and personalized data capture method, and it is compatible with Oracle Database 19c.
