FSTEC, Sept. 19-21 In Grapevine, Texas, To Showcase Powerhouse Dynamic's Open Kitchen Iot Platform

Attendees will learn how IoT data can improve their business bottom line and top line by visiting Booth 423 during the conference
FREMONT, CA: "Business intelligence from IoT data is becoming a critical asset for restaurants striving for a comeback," said Jay Fiske, President of Powerhouse Dynamics. "This information empowers them to preempt safety, operational, and equipment issues while raising profits."
The use of technology is helping restaurants and food service companies decrease risk and costs as they strive to improve performance despite inflation and labor shortages. Meanwhile, operators are improving customer service and operational efficiency. A Powerhouse Dynamics IoT platform called Open Kitchen® is among these technologies. A co-sponsor of FSTEC in Grapevine, Texas, with The Middleby Corporation, they will be there Sept. 19-21.
It will be an opportunity for the firm's leaders to discuss their solutions and how they are being used by some of the most recognizable brands in the country at Booth 423. There will also be an opportunity for them to participate in Branded Strategic Hospitality's Innovation Forum, "It's Time to Play... Food Service Feud!" on Tuesday, Sept. 20th at 11 am CT, sponsored by the company.
With its IoT platform for the Open Kitchen, Powerhouse Dynamics offers real-time control and visibility into energy management, task management, food safety, as well as the health of the kitchen equipment. A restaurant can automate many operations by connecting its ovens, freezers, refrigerators, dishwashers, fryers, HVAC, and more and gaining access to a wealth of valuable information across all equipment. These automation capabilities allow hotels to enhance their agility and speed, whether that's sharing recipes between ghost kitchens, ensuring consistent comfort and efficiency for guests and employees, or monitoring compliance with HACCP standards.
It is also integrated with the Bluezone® by Middleby facility, which uses UV light, which kills up to 99.9995% of all airborne viruses indoors, providing extra assurance to diners and staff as we approach the winter season.
