FreshLime introduces RepConnect, a Sales Messaging Service that boosts Field Sales Reps interaction with homeowners by up to 60%

It used to be normal for a householder to answer the doorbell without hesitation, but this is considerably less typical these days. Even when they are at home, most people do not open the door if they know it is a solicitation, and the pandemic's increased anxiety makes the Field Rep duty more challenging than ever. FreshLime developers created RepConnect in response to these impediments to concluding more business.
RepConnect is now a sales messaging software that reacts to incoming homeowner communications automatically and transfers them all to a single central message center for convenience. RepConnect is available as part of the FreshLime app for iOS and Android smartphones. Homeowners begin a dialogue by scanning a SmartConnect QR Code on printed materials (door hangers, flyers, etc.) left behind by Field Reps. FreshLime's Automated Virtual Assistant responds to all incoming messages. It gathers information from the homeowner and transmits it to the FreshLime app's Message Center, where the Field Rep may follow up with the highest-value prospects.
