Positive relationships not only make coming to work more fun, but they also ensure that you have a solid support system in place when you need it.
Fremont, CA : Employees' long-term health effects may include a greater risk of heart attack and stroke, obesity, lowered immunity, gastrointestinal issues, and a prolonged recovery time from illness. However, the intensity and pace of modern life and work is unlikely to change. As a result, it's more critical than ever to understand how to be more resilient and help our employees thrive in a resilient environment.

Celebrate successes
Give yourself a pat on the back when things go well instead of obsessing over the things that don't. Congratulate your coworkers on their achievements. Praise for others' accomplishments can aid in the development of a resilient workplace culture.
Practice self-care
It's possible that if you don't take care of yourself, your capacity to deal with stress and other obstacles will deteriorate. Also, have plenty of rest, move around frequently, and eat nutritious foods.
Treat problems as a learning process
It is entirely up to you how you respond to a circumstance. Rather than worrying and reacting negatively, see setbacks as an opportunity to gain a new skill or learn a valuable lesson.
Take time to recharge
Taking regular breaks and leaving your desk for lunch can help you refuel throughout the day. Take vacations and time away from work regularly to accomplish things you enjoy. You will feel more enthusiastic and driven when you return to work.
Be flexible
Everything changes, and nothing remains the same. You'll be more resilient than someone who continues to oppose change if you can accept that things can and do change.
