FREMONT, CA: FiscalNote, a leading technology provider of global policy and market intelligence, declares it has acquired two firms to further expand its capabilities and global presence. These additions add to FiscalNote's existing comprehensive collection of solutions, which includes policy monitoring, analysis, and intelligence, as well as grassroots and advocacy capabilities.

"Every day, the legal, policy, and regulatory environment around the world grows more complex, and FiscalNote is uniquely situated to help people and organizations understand that complexity," stated FiscalNote founder and CEO Tim Hwang. "What most excites me about Fireside and Timebase is that each strengthens us in a different way: TimeBase expands the breadth of global jurisdictions we cover and Fireside literally delivers on our mission of connecting people and organizations to government by providing the tools Congress uses to communicate with constituents."

These purchases are the most recent in a series announced by FiscalNote this year, as the firm continues to enhance and expand its range of solutions aimed to assist enterprises in navigating the regulatory landscape. FiscalNote stated earlier this year that it had acquired UK-based Oxford Analytica, a prominent geopolitical intelligence and advising firm, as well as FactSquared, an AI-enabled data startup specializing in evaluating and transcribing prominent figures' comments. FiscalNote is leading the way in providing trusted solutions to assist organizations to manage their most essential policy concerns, with a strong belief in combining innovative technology with human-generated intelligence and insight.
