Mystic River Solutions expands EVOTEK's services portfolio into Intelligent and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
FREMONT, CA: EVOTEK, enabler of secure digital business, acquired intelligent automation services provider Mystic River. Mystic River Solutions expands EVOTEK's services portfolio into Intelligent and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The combined organization intends to extend national reach into the Northeast, with a collective 130 employees and combined revenues over $350 million. Mystic River will function independently as a subsidiary of EVOTEK under Heather Maitre.
Founded by Brian Raposo, Mystic River designs and deploys custom automations for customers, leveraging consulting excellence and deep expertise in highly scalable intelligent automation operations. The firm specializes in extending Business Process, RPA, AI, and Machine Learning into cohesive Intelligent Automation (IA) Frameworks, which fill the gap between back office and front office functions. This helps customers realize the full impact of a digital workforce by reaching beyond technology into the business process and workforce management.
