Enabling Customers to Travel Seamlessly to Over 1,000 Airports

Cathay Pacific is a Hong Kong-registered international airline that offers cargo and passenger services to over 110 destinations worldwide. They commit themselves strongly to Hong Kong where the company was established in 1946. They will continue to invest substantially to improve the aviation industry in Hong Kong and to strengthen Hong Kong’s position as a regional transport hub. These investments also include catering, aircraft maintenance, and ground handling.
Over 20,000 employees are employed in Hong Kong by Cathay Pacific and its subsidiaries. Hong Kong and Cathay Pacific themselves are the two main shareholders of the airline, coded on the Hong Kong stock exchange. AHK Air Hong Kong Limited, a cargo carrier that offers scheduled services in the Asia region, is one of Cathay Pacific's major shareholders and a shareholder in Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited. They are also a fundamental partner of the world alliance with a combined network that serves more than 700 destinations around the globe. Cathay Pacific & Cathay Dragons and their passengers benefit from joining an international alliance such as oneworld. They have been in a position to expand their global network to enable customers to travel seamlessly to over 1,000 airports. Today, Cathay Pacific & Cathay Dragon has codeshare agreements with a number of other airlines.
Cathay Dragon is the Cathay Pacific group’s premium, complete regional airline. The new and closer Cathay Pacific partnership offers their passengers a better, more smooth and integrated travel experience. Cathay Dragon aims to ensure the pleasure and comfort of its passengers during their flight. On every flight of Cathay Dragon, the influence of traditional Asian hospitality is felt through personal service and the dedication of the staff. The company is committed to ongoing service improvements to provide even more fun and comfortable flight experience for its passengers.
Cathay Pacific is one of the recent high-profile airlines partners of low-cost carrier EasyJet. The service enables passengers to book connections to long-haul airlines with the Easyjet website from its European routes. It offers connections from eleven European airports including Amsterdam, Barcelona, Paris CDG, Orly, Gatwick, Milan Malpensa, Berlin Tegel, and Venices Marco Polo. This partnership will, in the beginning, only apply to flights between Gatwick and Hong Kong.
