Established in 2018 and led by CEO Burjiz Pithawala, Elisity achieves access to enterprise assets and enterprise data via a unified policy and identity-based access solutions powered by AI. With Elisity, devices, users, and applications are authorized on the basis of the policy before they can communicate with organizational resources. The company serves enterprises in many industries, including manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
Burjiz Pithawala stated that Elisity Cognitive Trust is not just a VPN replacement. Rather, it is a platform that enables companies’ transition to zero trust across their digital footprint. The platform provides real-time information regarding who is accessing resources, and from where, and allows admins to “nano-segment” environments on the basis of traffic flow and machine identity. It also empowers them to manage a unified access policy and support remote access requirements in a secure way, migrating workloads across clouds or within a VPN in a cloud.
