Online communication platforms have replaced physical ones, and moving them to the cloud makes sense. UCaaS combines all forms of communication into one service. This can include audio, video, messaging, webinars, and even faxes. Having these services in the cloud makes it possible to access them globally without dealing with multiple physical vendors, making it an extremely powerful piece of call center software.
Workstations as a service
In addition to offering individuals access to communications through the cloud, companies can provide them with their entire processing power from anywhere. Consequently, tasks that take a long time to complete, such as code compilation or image rendering, can take advantage of much more power and can be done nearly instantly.
